This day was amazing experience not just for the 150 delegates of this conference, but for all the facilitators, supporters and people that helped us in organizing this event. I am sure this was amazing experience to OC too. Thank you for make this possible for us.
The best way to share the experience, energy and positive vibration that was on the 25th floor of “Usce” building is to hear what the people that were there said:

dragi lideri,

3.AIESEC International Updates

2006, a year with first decrease in Exchange results after 4 years of continuous growth.

After an amazing period since 2002 that showed continuous growth in Exchange results, we face the first year where a decrease might happen. We currently have only 4063 realized exchanges which is 7.5% decrease compared with 2005 (4391 realized exchanges).

4.:: CEE CEED Program 06-07::.

WHO ROCKS THE HOUSE?!?

The correct answer for this question is obviously CEE ROCKS THE HOUSE. And we do so amongst others because of the professional and exciting initiatives we run together.

One of these initiatives is the CEE CEED Program. It is an opportunity for all AIESEC people to discover and develop their potential. Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development means being ambassador of your LC and country by going to a foreign LC and taking responsibilities there. CEEDs continue usually from 2 to 8 weeks and are happening in the summer but again It's up to you when and for how long you want to go on a CEED.

CEE CEED Program unities all the 22 territories in Central and Eastern Europe and from March onwards you'll be able to apply for a CEED and than contribute in other CEE LC life and be a part of its successes and growth.

CEEDs may have different focus - dependent on your choice - Delivering Trainings, Fundraising, Event Organization, Project Participation, etc. but still all CEEDers gain:
*international experience
*development of personal skills
*change management
*cultural exposure
*building personal network

To learn more about the program you can:

5.EXPRO

A couple of thoughts, Pt.2 /
29.12. 2006.

Hello everybody!

Here comes the next installment of my thoughts that I wish to share with all of you. New year is just a few days away, the rush for the right place to greet it is entering the red scale. Same story like every year, but not so same for me. Ok, I know the right places for me, only for the first time in my life NY is out of my top priority list. Many events happened since i wrote here last time that changed my course a lot and EuroXPRO 2007 is just one of them.
As you read last time I wrote you we were in the middle of the election process for the new EXPRO team. Well, the process lasted for a whole month, well yes, we had sooooo many candidates that we couldn't decide earlier :).
And now, without any further delay, I present you the new EXPRO CORE TEAM :)

Damjan Radenkovic, CCVP Finance
Dragana Markovic, CCVP Special Events
Mirko Samardzic, CCVP Logistics
Ana Marinkovic, CCVP External Relations
Lidija Pajic, CCVP Communications

I wish them to have absolutely unforgettable time creating the EXPRO story!

Of course, this is not the only thing that is new, we are already working 110% so we can overcome the gap that occurred because of the pretty big pause between the work of the last and the new CC team.

And so my friends, I wish you all the best for New Year, many happy moments and don't forget to make a wish at twelve o'clock - this one comes true!

Yours,

Nikola Gavric

6. International Faci experiences

"Bok,
Lani, sredinom studenog prošle godine Maja i ja smo bili u Zagrebu,
Mica

DecNatCo Bulgaria
At December National Conference in Bulgaria we had one MC representative as a member of faci team - Vlada.

Just days before MCP elections in our country suppose to happen, I visited DecNatCo. Seeing MCP elections and everything else there gave me fantastic perspective and wider understanding of the organization and myself, as well. I enjoyed very much there working with faci & MC team and lovely chair Ira. Atmosphere of homegroups and Bulgarian hospitality – You just can't not to love it.

Thank you AIESEC Bulgaria for this wonderful experience.
Vlada
